The VoiceBox is an independent not-for-profit Arts Centre close to Derby city centre. Established by Ann & Colin Miller in 2001 in a converted 1820s brewery, The VoiceBox is privately owned and managed by Ann & Colin, its directors.
Based on a thriving singing tuition practice, with individual lessons available, as well as a number of choirs and singing groups, The VoiceBox has facilities, including the beautiful Voices Hall, available to hire for concerts, music teaching, meetings and conferences.
Alex Bowen’s piano teaching practice, with additional musicianship classes based on Dalcroze Eurythmics, is also based at The VoiceBox. Visit Alex’s website.
We are also an official Delivery Partner for Derby and Derbyshire Music Partnership.
